We offer free shipping on all US orders. Overnight shipping is available for $20. Orders shipping to Alabama, California, New York, South Dakota, Texas or Wisconsin will be charged sales tax.
For international orders. We offer express shipping (3-6 days) on all orders. All orders are charged in USD...Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. Unfortunately, the Pacific Palisades location is not able to accept returns of merchandise purchased online.
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to FORWARD, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:

KEEPING YOUR RETURN IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
Here are some additional tips:
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
Swimwear & Lingerie
Try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops & Dresses
Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
Damage / Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
